I used to listen to the real estate channel. I thought it was very interesting. I just wonder what makes folks in the real estate business think that they are the center of the universe. When rents rise most renters will at some point refuse to pay higher rents. They will adjust to the rental market by renting an apartment with someone else. Or if their a college student move back in with their parents rather than pay an exorbitant amounts of money to rent an apartment.
